- Showcasing: We love showing off our work. We reserve the right to feature your project in our portfolio unless you explicitly ask us not to.
5. Revisions & Changes
We want you to love the final result!
- Every project includes rounds of revisions.
- Major changes to the project “scope” (adding new features after we’ve started) will require a new quote and may affect the timeline.
6. Limitation of Liability
We build high-quality software, but no code is 100% perfect. Mizzlecodes is not responsible for:
- Lost profits or data loss.
- Security breaches caused by third-party plugins or weak passwords.
- Issues arising from you (or another developer) modifying the code after we hand it over.
7. Termination
Either of us can end the project at any time with written notice. If you cancel, you agree to pay for all work completed up to that date.
