At Mizzlecodes, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Because we work on custom projects and digital products, we want to be as clear as possible about how we handle payments and refunds.
1. The "Trial" Period
For most of our services, we offer an initial consultation and discovery phase. If you decide to cancel the project during this phase (before any development work begins), you are eligible for a full refund of your deposit.
2. When Refunds Apply
We understand that things don’t always go as planned. You may request a refund if:
- Non-Delivery: We are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
- Major Defects: The final product has significant technical issues that we are unable to fix within a reasonable timeframe.
3. When Refunds Do Not Apply
Because our work involves dedicated time and custom labor, we generally cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Once development has started and milestones have been approved.
- Third-Party Issues: Problems caused by your hosting provider, external software, or APIs outside of our control.
- Project Abandonment: If the project is put on hold or abandoned by the client for more than 30 days.
4. Digital Products (Scripts/Themes)
If you purchased a pre-made digital product from us:
- Refunds are only issued if the product is technically broken and our support team cannot fix it for you.
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded, unless the product is faulty.
5. How to Request a Refund

- Date of purchase
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
We aim to review all requests within 5–7 business days.
